Janitorial Services / General Office Cleaning
Our professional commercial office cleaning services in the Vancouver area include everything involved in making a facility presentable.
· Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of washrooms
· Vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and sweeping floors
· Disinfecting common surfaces such as telephones and light switches
· Dusting horizontal and vertical surfaces
· Light fixture cleaning
· Vacuum carpeted floors and area rugs
· Clean mirrors and glass surfaces throughout your home
· Wash windows inside
· Clean window sills and window tracks
· Dust and/or wipe baseboards
· Clean doorknobs, door frames, doors and light switches

· Kitchen and lounge area cleaning including sinks, counter tops, microwaves, toasters, ovens and refrigerators.

Residential Cleaning - We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning at a rate of $40.00/hour per person with two hours minimum.

Post Construction Cleaning Services - We offer complete construction and renovation cleaning, including interior windows. After the dust has settled and you’re almost ready to move in, it is now time to contact us at Cleancare to schedule your post construction or renovation cleaning. We’ll make your building, home or business shine.

Painting (Interior) - We do all preparation work required including scraping, sanding, caulking, and then prime and paint all surfaces using good quality paint. Crews work vigorously to meet scheduling and quality requirements and comply with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Pressure Washing – Driveways / Sidewalks. With pressure capabilities up to 3,100 p.s.i. Pressure washing services can improve the look and value of buildings, sidewalks, loading docks, parking garages, services bays and more. We perform preventive maintenance and cleaning for routine, scheduled outage and emergency response.

Monthly Upkeep/Litter Pick-up - Pushing dirt and litter into appropriate waste facilities. Blowing remaining debris into the central area with a gas/battery operated blower.

Air BNB Cleaning - for your short term rental.

Other Services:

Handyman Services @$65.00//hr, minimum of two hours plus call out fee of $25.00 or we can charge a flat fee.
